Half bandaged - Bendate a metà Usually I fully cover my Peps'n'Dolls with bandages, due to show how difficult can be when we try to express ourselves while having no chance to talk. But this time I preferred to give them the possibility to show their faces. Anyway, I gave them no eyes... or no mouth, or no ears. That's because sometimes we are just to shy to talk, or too respecful to watch, or too scared to listen. These two sculptures represent a couple of friend: Jasmin and Andrea. I took inspiration from a book I'm writing (don't worry I will need years and years to finish it!!!!). In my story they look complitely different... and they can talk. But in this sculpture version, they are forced to use alternative methods to communicate. They will be able to understand eachother thanks to their open hearts.
